Accessibility at Game Day Cue
Last updated: September 28, 2026
We want every parent, coach, and volunteer to be able to run game day — whatever device or assistive technology they use. Accessibility is part of how we build Game Day Cue, not an afterthought.
Our commitment
Game Day Cue is committed to making our website and app usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We treat accessibility as an ongoing responsibility and work to improve it as the product evolves.
The standard we aim for
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA — the standard widely referenced under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and recognized internationally.
Current status
Game Day Cue is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 AA. "Partially conformant" means some parts of the site or app may not yet fully meet the standard. We are actively reviewing and remediating known issues and prioritize anything that prevents someone from completing a core task.
What we're doing
- Reviewing color contrast, keyboard operability, focus visibility, and form labeling across the site and app.
- Testing with screen readers and keyboard-only navigation.
- Building accessibility checks into our design and release process.
- Fixing reported barriers as a priority.
Compatibility
Game Day Cue is designed to work with current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge) and common assistive technologies. Because the app is used on a phone at the field, we also test touch and one-handed use. Some embedded third-party content — for example, Spotify players — is controlled by those providers and may not meet the same standard.
Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some barriers may remain. If you hit one we haven't caught, please tell us — reports from real users are the fastest way we find and fix problems.
Report a barrier or request another format
If you encounter an accessibility problem, or need information from this site in a different format, contact us using the form below. It helps to include the page or screen, what you were trying to do, and the browser or assistive technology you were using.
We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within 5 business days and to work with you on a solution or alternative.
