Terms of Service — Game Day Cue

By creating an account or using Game Day Cue (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Game Day Cue helps adult coaches, parents, and volunteers manage walk-up songs, AI announcer intros, and batting-order flow for youth sports game days. Features may change as we improve the product.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account. You are responsible for roster content you upload, including player information and media.
3. Accounts
Keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use.
4. Plans and billing
- Free: 1 team roster; 25 voiced announcements per month (about one game). Resets on the 1st of each month (UTC). No card required.
- Season Pass: $19/year — unlimited voiced announcements for 1 team roster.
- Team / League: $89/year — up to 5 team rosters under one plan, with per-team branding and priority support as described on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed annually via Stripe. Prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. Cancel anytime; cancellation stops renewal — benefits continue through the end of the then-current paid period unless we state otherwise at checkout.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service (including attempting to break security, scrape, reverse engineer beyond legal rights, harass, or use the Service for unlawful content). Do not use the Service to create CSAM or to exploit minors. You must have rights to any logos, photos, names, and music you use with the Service.
6. Third-party services
Spotify (or other music providers), Stripe, hosting, voice, and analytics providers are governed by their own terms. A Spotify (or similar) subscription and compatible device/speaker setup may be required for full walk-up playback. We are not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes.
7. Intellectual property
We own the Service, branding, and software. You keep ownership of content you submit; you grant us a license to host and process it solely to operate and improve the Service.
8. AI-generated intros / voices
Suggested intros and voiced announcements are generated or processed with automated tools. Review them before game day. You are responsible for what you play over a speaker.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Field conditions, speakers, phones, and third-party music apps can fail — always have a backup plan for game day.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS/DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR $50 IF YOU ARE ON FREE).
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for users or the Service.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be noted by updating the date on this page and/or other reasonable notice.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Colorado will have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer laws require otherwise. (Provisional venue — confirm with counsel.)
