Privacy Policy — Game Day Cue

Game Day Cue ("we," "us") is a parent-friendly youth sports app for walk-up songs, announcer intros, and batting-order flow. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.

1. Who this is for

Game Day Cue is built for coaches, team parents, and league volunteers. Accounts are for adults. Do not create an account for a child. Player names, numbers, and optional photos you add to a roster are provided by you as the team organizer.

2. Information we collect

  • Account info you provide (such as name, email, password or sign-in provider data).
  • Team and roster content you enter (team name, player names/numbers/positions, nicknames, notes, logos, colors, walk-up song choices, announcer intro text).
  • Payment info processed by Stripe when you buy Season Pass or Team / League. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
  • Usage and device data needed to run the product (e.g., app activity, approximate device/browser info, diagnostics).

3. How we use information

  • Provide, secure, and improve Game Day Cue (roster, cues, voices, announcements).
  • Process subscriptions and support requests.
  • Measure product and marketing performance only if you opt in to analytics/marketing cookies.
  • Comply with law and prevent abuse.

4. Music / Spotify

Walk-up playback depends on your own Spotify account and Spotify's terms. We may process song selections and cue timing related to features you use. We do not sell Spotify credentials. Spotify's privacy policy governs their processing of your Spotify data.

5. Payments (Stripe)

Paid plans are billed annually via Stripe. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment processing.

6. Sharing

We use service providers who help us host, authenticate, process payments, send email, generate voices, and (if you consent) analytics. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect safety and the service.

7. Retention

We keep account and roster data while your account is active and as needed for billing, support, and legal obligations. You may request deletion (see Contact).

8. Your choices

  • Cookie settings: essential cookies stay on; analytics and marketing require opt-in (footer → Cookie settings).
  • Access/update roster and account data in the app.
  • Cancel a paid plan anytime (access continues through the paid period per Terms).

9. Children

Game Day Cue is not directed at children under 13 as end users. Roster entries about youth players are managed by adult organizers. Contact us to remove data you believe was provided inappropriately.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. We will post the new date on this page and, for material changes, provide additional notice when appropriate.
